Our Commitments:

The proof is in the eating. Grass-fed meats are richer in flavor, lower in fat, and higher in protein. They contain up to 500% more CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), 75% more omega-3 fatty acids, 78% more beta carotene, 300% more vitamin E, and 400% more vitamin A than their industrially raised counterparts. You can taste and see the difference.

Our animals are raised and processed in a clean environment without antibiotics, growth hormones, or herbicides.

Give us a call to arrange a farm tour.  It is your chance to build a relationship with a farmer and a link to the land.

By buying directly from the farmer, not only do you know what you're eating, but you also keep your dollars in Arkansas, and decrease fossil fuel consumption.

By employing rotational grazing techniques that utilize solar energy and symbiotic relationships, we are able to increase the land's biodiversity, productivity, and carbon-sequestering potential by rebuilding topsoil and increasing water retention.

Our livestock have access to fresh air, sunlight, grass and water and space to move and interact with their herd or flock.  At Falling Sky Farm, chickens scratch, pigs root, and cows graze.

We use proper management that ensures more pleasant odors, sights, and sounds.  Good farming appeals to all the senses.
